The french version of these terms and conditions of sale is the only legally binding version. In case of discrepancy between the french version and the translated version, the french version will prevail.

1. Preamble
These terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively between the company zoKKus, publisher of the KaseFilters.fr website, zoKKus SARL with a capital of €7,500 - 112 avenue de Paris - CS 60002, 94306 Vincennes Cedex, RCS CRETEIL 494 426 315 - VAT No: FR 62494426315. They apply to any person making a purchase via the website www.kasefilters.fr. They apply to all sales concluded through the website. However, certain offers may be subject to specific conditions.
To place an order on KaseFilters.fr, the customer must accept the Terms and Conditions by checking a dedicated box. Checking this box during the ordering process and validating the order constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.
These terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time by zoKKus. The date of the last update of the Terms and Conditions is indicated at the top of the document, and the conditions in force apply to sales made from that date onwards.
2. Orders
Placing orders on the KaseFilters.fr website is open to persons at least 18 years of age with legal capacity or with parental authorization to place an order on the site. Automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature and content of the order. zoKKus confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address indicated in the "Your Account" section. The sale will be concluded upon validation of payment for the order, i.e., the date of payment validation for orders paid online by credit card or the date of receipt of payment by bank transfer. In any case, zoKKus reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is any dispute regarding a previous order.
The visuals are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
3. Price and Availability
Prices are displayed on product pages in Euros and include all taxes. Professional customers providing a VAT number outside of France, as well as all customers outside the European Union, will see product prices excluding tax during order finalization.
The prices indicated are valid at the time of ordering and are not contractual. zoKKus reserves the right to modify prices at any time but undertakes to apply the current rates indicated at the time of ordering, subject to availability on that date.
The prices indicated on the product pages do not include shipping costs, which are charged in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total amount of the order. Shipping costs are indicated before order validation by the customer.
Products are offered for sale subject to stock availability. zoKKus reserves the right to modify the product assortment particularly in relation to constraints linked to its suppliers.
The total price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed including all taxes and VAT for France and EEC countries. This amount includes the prices of products, handling, packaging and product preservation costs, transportation and insurance costs.
The price is payable in full on the day of the order.
The products remain the property of zoKKus until full payment of their price.
Payment can be made by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, Amex), bank transfer, PayPal, or PayPal 4x without fees, online, on the CIC or PayPal banking server in a secure environment. In order to offer appropriate payment options, we may communicate information about the customer and their order to our banking partners (CIC and PayPal). Your credit card number is entered directly on the bank's servers, your payment is made directly to a bank in a secure environment without passing through the shop's server, an important guarantee as your numbers are known only to our banking partner (CIC/Paypal). The order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by email if the relevant banking payment centers refuse to give their approval. The implementation of this procedure, which cannot be considered as a guarantee against any fraudulent use of a credit card or engage the responsibility of zoKKus, defers the validation of payment until the end of the verification procedure. It may lead to the cancellation of the order.
Payment by bank transfer is also accepted. zoKKus's banking details are provided to the customer when validating the order. The order will be processed upon receipt of payment. If products are out of stock upon receipt of payment, zoKKus undertakes to inform the customer.
The average timeframes indicated do not constitute a strict deadline, and zoKKus cannot be held responsible in the event of delayed delivery or stock shortages from the publisher or supplier. In the event of an extended delay (more than 30 days), non-professional customers have the option to cancel the order.
4. Deliveries, Shipping Costs and Customs Duties
Whether you order from France or abroad, we can deliver to your home address, as indicated by you in the "Your Account" section. Delivery times include the time for preparing the package plus the shipping time, but are only indicative. Non-professional customers may request to cancel their order before the preparation and shipping process has begun, that is, before the items are packaged and prepared for shipment. After that, the customer must make a return request after receiving the goods. To ensure the security of your orders, all our shipments are tracked. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your order and delivery location and can be viewed on your order details before payment validation. In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will only be processed upon receipt of payment and the announced timeframes will start from that moment.
zoKKus may choose an equivalent delivery method from another carrier meeting the same criteria selected by the customer.
Any order placed and delivered outside Europe may be subject to potential taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and potential taxes are your responsibility. zoKKus is not obligated to verify and inform its customers of applicable customs duties and taxes. To know them, it is advisable to check with the competent authorities in your country.
Delivery times indicated are in working days.
In case of abandoned packages, meaning you do not pick up the package from the carrier or pickup point where the package is deposited, upon receipt of the return by the carrier, you will be refunded the amount of your order minus the outbound shipping costs, plus those charged by the carrier for the return as well as abandoned package processing fees of €25. Professionals will be issued with a credit note to be used within 3 months following the issuance of the credit note.
5. Retention of Title and Transfer of Risk
By express agreement, and in accordance with the provisions of the law of May 12, 1980, the ordered products remain the property of zoKKus until full payment of their price by the customer. In the event of non-performance of its obligations by the customer, for whatever reason, zoKKus will be entitled to demand the immediate return of the products at the expense, risk, and peril of the customer. The transfer of risk of loss and deterioration of products will, for individuals, be effective upon delivery of the products and for professionals, from the handover of products to the carrier.
6. Warranty
You benefit from the provisions of the legal warranty for hidden defects, in accordance with articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.
Technical items benefit, from the manufacturer, from a contractual warranty of at least one year. Some are guaranteed for 2 years or more (see in the description of each item). This warranty does not apply to unsealed immediately reproducible products. To make a claim under the warranty, please contact our customer service via the email address support@kasefilters.fr. Your item will be exchanged or refunded as soon as possible, provided it is intact and without traces of abusive use.
zoKKus declines all responsibility in the event that the delivered item does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery.
We undertake to exercise all the care customary in the profession for the implementation of the service offered to the customer. Nevertheless, our responsibility cannot be engaged in case of failure to fulfill our contractual obligations due to a fortuitous event or force majeure as defined by the jurisprudence rendered by French courts.
Our responsibility will not be engaged in case of delay due to stock shortage at the publisher or supplier. Moreover, in case of non-substantial differences between the photos of presentation of the articles on our site, texts and illustrations and the ordered articles, our responsibility will not be engaged.
We implement all means at Our disposal to ensure the services subject to these terms and conditions of sale. The responsibility of zoKKus cannot be engaged in case of bodily damages or liability for defective products.
The cases of exclusion from the warranty are as follows:
- Uses and maintenance not conforming to the instruction manual provided with the product as well as usage or maintenance defects.
- Damage due to handling error, connection error (whether made with original accessories or with other accessories substituted by the customer), abusive or abnormal use, intentional or accidental physical modification, use for professional or commercial purposes.
- Spare parts or accessories whose replacement results from normal wear and tear, or routine maintenance operations: bulbs, batteries, seals, etc...
- Transport and modification costs of the device, in case of recall by the manufacturer for series defect.
- Damage due to an external event (lightning, water damage, etc...).
- Interventions carried out on a device by any person not authorized by the manufacturer's After-Sales Service as well as malfunctions and damage resulting from such intervention.
7. Returns
All returns must be authorized in advance by zoKKus and assigned a return number, obtained from KaseFilters.fr via customer support at support@kasefilters.fr. The return address will be provided along with the corresponding authorization.
No goods will be accepted without prior authorization or if returned to an address other than the one indicated.
To guarantee flawless quality for all our customers, we do not accept returns of filters or photographic lenses whose packaging has been opened or the product handled.
These items are precision optical products, sensitive to dust, fingerprints, and micro-scratches, which makes it impossible to resell them as new.
Consequently, products that have been unsealed, handled, or used are excluded from the right of return, in accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code regarding product depreciation, and Article L221-28-5 concerning goods that cannot be returned for protection or depreciation reasons due to their nature.
As a reminder, under Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may only handle the product within the limits of what would be permitted in a physical store.
Therefore, for filters and photographic lenses, any opening of the blister pack or removal of the seal exceeds the permitted inspection and results in the forfeiture of the right of withdrawal.
These products may only be returned if they have not been unpacked or used, and their examination is limited to what a customer could perform in-store (appearance of the packaging, visible features, stated compatibility, etc.).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of preparation error or defective product. In such cases, zoKKus will cover the return costs.
Returned products must be:
- in their original sealed packaging
- in perfect resale condition
- complete with accessories, manuals, and documents.
Products that are incomplete, opened, damaged, deteriorated, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted or refunded.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies only to individual (consumer) customers. It does not apply to professional clients.
In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
This right applies only to products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
Products whose seals have been broken or that have been handled beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and characteristics are considered depreciated and cannot be refunded.
Photographic filters and other precision optical products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once their packaging has been opened, in accordance with Article L221-28-5 of the French Consumer Code.
As a reminder, under Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may only handle the product within the limits of what would be permitted in a physical store.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the returned product, once it has been inspected and deemed compliant, using the same payment method as used for the original order.
9. Jurisdiction
As indicated in paragraph 1, every customer is deemed to have read these terms and conditions of sale, possibly modified by our special conditions. If any of the provisions hereof should prove to be null and void under the law, it shall be deemed unwritten but shall not entail the nullity of these entire terms and conditions of sale.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these terms and conditions of sale is subject to French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Créteil, even in the case of multiple defendants or warranty claims.
All disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms and their consequences will be submitted to the competent French courts.
10. Intellectual Property
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 98-536 of July 1, 1998, transposing into the Intellectual Property Code Directive 96/9/EC of March 11, 1996, on the legal protection of databases, zoKKus is the owner of the databases composing this site. By accessing this site, the customer acknowledges that the data composing it are legally protected, and, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law, agrees not to extract, reuse, store, reproduce, represent or conserve, directly or indirectly, on any type of medium, by any means and in any form whatsoever, all or part of the content appearing on the site to which he accesses. Certain products such as software are subject to personal and specific usage rights regulating copying, public distribution, and rentals. You must respect the terms and conditions of sale of these products, and zoKKus cannot be held responsible for the uses that might be made of the products in this context.
11. Protection of Personal Data
The information requested from you is necessary to process and execute your requests, and some is useful for providing the information services that may be offered on the site. It is intended for zoKKus and may be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relationships such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing, and payment. This information and data are also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and object to information concerning you, which you can exercise by contacting us by email at support@kasefilters.fr.
The processing of your personal data is done in compliance with the Law on Information Technology, Files and Civil Liberties of January 6, 1978, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect your data on the legal basis of contract execution, your consent, or our legitimate interest. The data is kept as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with current regulations. You have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, and portability of your data. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL. As a result, you have at any time the right to access and rectify or object to personal data concerning you, directly on the site ("Your Account" section) or directly by mail addressed to zoKKus, 112 avenue de Paris - CS 60002, 94306 Vincennes Cedex. In accordance with our privacy policy, zoKKus undertakes not to send unsolicited emails. You can therefore at any time manage your subscriptions to KaseFilters.fr newsletters directly on the site ("Your Account" section). In addition, cookies record certain information that is stored on your hard drive. This information helps us manage your shopping cart before your identification.
